Each sweep moves 25% of Outcry's platform fee to the protocol PDA, and each epoch's close moves the part of the other 75% its rebates don't allocate. Per curve trade that is 0.5625% at Call, 0.375% at Shout and 0.1875% at Roar.
The protocol PDA (seeds ["protocol"]) accrues from the first sweep, with a token account per pair. No key signs for it and it has no withdraw instruction: only a program upgrade moves it. It buys $OUTCRY on the market through Jupiter and burns it.
