Epochs and claims

Your tier's share of the Outcry fee you paid, back in your wallet the next day.

An epoch covers the prints between two closing sweeps, made at 00:00 UTC. At the close the keeper sweeps every pair with fees, sets each wallet's tier from its 30-day volume, and computes for every wallet and pair:

rebate(wallet, pair) = share(tier of wallet) × Σ platform fee the wallet paid on Outcry curve trades in the pair during the epoch

It builds a Merkle tree per pair and posts the root with post_epoch. In the same instruction the program moves the part of the epoch's 75% the root doesn't allocate to the protocol PDA, and refuses a root whose total would pass that 75%, so allocated rebates never exceed what was swept.

Claiming

  • Rebates shows today's accruing rebate per pair, each closed epoch with your amount, and its claim state.
  • Claim all claims every open epoch and pair in one transaction, with its proofs; a large backlog goes out in as few transactions as fit.
  • Each epoch and wallet claims once: the claim writes a receipt that blocks a second claim.
  • A rebate is always less than the fee that earned it, so trading against yourself to climb a tier costs money.
